We offer staffing services in case there is a need for temporary labor force: due to a project or industry specific period. It can also be a solution to have temporary workers to staff positions for colleagues on maternity leave , if you are not able to put more employees on the payroll or if there is a hiring freeze at your company.


We provide our service both for white-collar and blue-collar workers from project basis of a few weeks till more months or even a whole year. At Randstad we aim to find the best fit for your temporary position. Several candidates will be presented to you We will contract the chosen candidate for the requested period.


In case of mutual agreement between your company and the candidate, we can always offer you the possibility to hire the employee on a permanent basis at a later stage.
