We are systematic and research driven, taking a 'blank paper' approach
to Search rather than being solely reliant on a network or database. We
place a strong emphasis on identifying individuals through direct search
(headhunting) that would not normally be captured via contingency or
database recruitment.
Our process focuses on identifying, evaluating and delivering the best
professionals. We actively track new and emerging talent in the
marketplace and seek to identify as diverse pool of potential candidates
as possible for assignments undertaken.
All assignments are managed by functional specialists and subject matter
experts, who are your primary point of contact throughout the life
cycle of the search. No research related work is disseminated to others
or outsourced to a third party.
Senior positions traditionally take a long time to fill, and this time
is not under your control. We challenge that tradition and give you back
control over your time. Once we have agreed a Search strategy, based on
your specific needs and circumstances, the short listing process would
typically take up to 2-4 weeks depending on the nature of the search and
the type of profile sought. This would actively be supported by a
transparent working document or 'progress report' indicating how
candidates have responded to the role and organisation, which would be
sent to the client on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
When short listing candidates we include a full breakdown of their
compensation details, CV and an assessment of the suitability of the
role. When interviewing candidates, our consultants steer away from
narrative interviews that simply retrace a person's achievements.
Instead, consultants focus on the "how" questions, following our
competency-based interviewing model. Answers to these questions can be
windows into the individual's behavioral characteristics, enabling
sensitive judgement of the candidate's ability to perform in the job and
adapt to the client organization and culture
