- Initiate correspondence and follow up on payment procedures
- Handle incoming queries of customers
- Maintain customer accounts and minimise overdues
- Complete back-office customer service administration/accounting tasks

- Fluent knowledge of English and Norwegian
- College/university degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
- Strong problem solving skills
- Relevant experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome
