German Customer Service Agent (VIP Customers)

- Provide efficient and effective management related to administrative support, complaints handling, service requests or pricing and invoice queries
- Managment of order-to cash, Sales and Service processes
- Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in the systems
- Keeping the contact with the clients and also with the internal departments

- Fluent German and at least intermediate English language knowledge
- 1-3 years experience in the field of customer service (SSC)
- At least A-level degree
- Customer oriented approach
- Team player
