Japanese company management method: Kaizen2011 október 6

The workshop was organized by Randstad with Tenderauditor Kft. The goal of the event was to provide a comprehensive overview of the Japanese company management method called Kaizen.
Kaizen is a Japanese word used for "continuous improvement", or "change for the better" and it refers to a philosophy or practices that focus on continuous improvement of processes in manufacturing, engineering, game development, and business management. It has been applied in healthcare, psychotherapy, life-coaching, government, banking, and other industries. The workshop started with the presentation of Kozo Sakano, the most recognized authority of Kaizen. With his company, Process Improvement Japan, he took serious part in developing the strategy of the worldwide expansion of Toyota.
