Will my vacancy be posted on the Randstad website on the day I propose it to be published?

We will confirm your registration and activate your advertisement within maximum two working days from the proposed publishing date.

Why do I have to wait two days for the checking of my advertisement?

We were striving to find a realistic timeframe for this process. Our goal is not to have you wait for two days, but for you to be able to receive a response as soon as possible.

Will Randstad have access to candidates applying for my position?

Randstad will see the applicants’ data, but will not get in contact with them for two days if the given candidate only applies to a position advertised by your company.

Will I get exclusivity on the candidates applying for my position?

Yes, in case a candidate only applies for your advertisement you will have exclusive rights to the candidate for two days, therefore during this time Randstad guarantees not to get in contact with them.

Can an automatic response be sent to incoming applications?

Yes. Two types of written responses can be sent through the system; interview invitations or rejections. Rejections will automatically be sent if you modify the status of your candidate. Applicants will receive system generated response if you close an advertisement – in this case candidates (whom you did not invite for interview or whom you did not reject) will receive the information that the vacancy is no longer available.

Is it possible to keep my company’s name anonymous in the advertisement?

No. The name of the company has to be included in all advertisements. The use of a logo is highly recommended but not mandatory.

If I do not reject my applicants, will Randstad do it instead of me?

Not in the classical sense. Candidates will receive an automatic response if you deactivate the position. In this case applicants (whom you did not invite for interview or whom you did not reject) will receive the information that the vacancy is no longer available

For how long can a vacancy be published?

The maximum period a position can be advertised for is 4 weeks, but you have the opportunity to prolong the advertisements an unlimited number of times.

How many vacancies can I post on the website at once?

There are no limitations regarding the number of active advertisements.

What can I do if I find the right candidate for my position and would like to take the vacancy off the Randstad website?

In this case the advertisement can be deactivated before the pre-estimated closing date. After deactivation the position cannot be activated again, and you will not have access to the applicants. Candidates in „new” status will automatically be informed that the position has been closed.

If I modify the advertisement, do I have to wait for confirmation before it can be activated?

Yes, in case the company data/name/logo/position name/tasks/expectations/offer/place of work is altered we will check the modification and inform you within maximum two working days. During this period your vacancy will not appear on the Randstad website.

Who can I turn to if I have questions?

On the right side of the dashboard under contact persons you will find the contact details of your Randstad consultants.

Do I get notified if my position is activated?

Yes, we will inform you if the information provided about your company and vacancy are checked and will send you an e-mail about the posting of the vacancy to the e-mail address provided.

Will I get contacted if my vacancy expires?

Yes, 3 days before the ending date and on the last day you will receive an e-mail notification.

Do I have to select the frequency of notifications at each advertisement?

It is not necessary. The system uses the frequency selected at registration as default.

What should I do if I have already registered previously and would like to post a new vacancy on the website?

Sign in at the section for employers on our homepage with your user name, and at the my vacancies tab you can add a new vacancy.

If I would like to change the „company desctiption”, where can I modify it?

At the dashboard under the my company tab, click edit.
