Pozíció leírása / Job description- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, manage invoices, vendor reconciliations, and ensure timely payments
- Journal preparation, enter transaction data into ERP system and validate input data
- Ensure that inquiries and issues from customers and third parties are promptly addressed and resolved
- Conduct peer-to-peer quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors
- Monitor updates and changes, incorporate them into standard operating procedure
- Support ad-hoc requests raised by the clients
- Maintain strong communication within the team and others inside the company
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, or Accounts Payable
- Knowledge and experience of accounting principles
- Financial (or related) educational background
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines
- Business fluency in English language besides fluent German knowledge
